About Us

We have just finished moving to Sierra Leone, West Africa.

For five years we lived on the campus of Christian Academy of Guatemala in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This is a school that serves the children of missionaries serving in Guatemala in areas as varied as health care and orphanages all the way to seminary professors at the local seminary. Charles worked at the school as the Director of Maintenance and Construction as well as shop teacher. Petra worked in the rural villages using her training as a pharmacy technologist in the clinics as well as teaching ladies at a community center in the same area. Our boys Keith, James and Jonathan attended Christian Academy of Guatemala and Keith and James graduated from there. Our sending missions agency is Global Outreach Missions Inc., a non-denominational missions agency.

Now that our children have all graduated high school we have moved on to more remote and challenging missions adventures.  Petra and I have recently arrived in Mokanji, Sierra Leone, West Africa where we will be renovating a war ravaged hospital and providing drinking water wells.
