I like to share some highlights of God's grace and mercy in my life.
I was born and grew up in Germany as the eldest daughter of two. Though my parents were members of the Lutheran State church, it wasn't until I was in my early teens when a friend of mine invited me to a Billy Graham evangelistic movie at her church that I realized that Jesus wanted a personal relationship with me. That night I heard Jesus calling me and I gave my life to Him.
After my High School graduation I completed a two-year course as a Pharmacy Assistant, as well as a one year course in Economics and after that worked as a nanny in Canada. There I met my husband, we got married and had our children.
Until 2004 we were involved in several home mission's ministries. Besides volunteering at the Geriatric Extended Care unit of the local hospital, I served together with my husband with MacGregor Ministries, reaching out to those lost in the cults. As host family for Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship, we welcomed International Students into our home and life. For a time I was even privileged teach ESL (English as a Second Language) to University students.
Now, however, we serve at the Christian Academy of Guatemala, nurturing Missionary Kids as well as serving the under-served in Guatemala.
Currently I am collaborating with medical professionals and missionaries, in providing medical care, adequate nutrition as well as teaching additional life skills.
