Visit to the Community / Nutrition Centre

On Monday I went to Yalu and helped out with the hot lunch program. 100 people, mothers with their children, were served.

On another note, I wanted to pass on greetings from the folks in Yalu. Rodriguez' house, which the team from Christ Community Church in Tualatin, OR. helped build, is now complete. The family is already living in it, though in the future they'll like to have a cement floor as well. Currently the floor is still just dirt. Besides the house, there is an outside cooking shelter as well as a bathroom/toilet. I am going to post pictures very soon, as well as more current news and updates.
